This pretty stone character cottage is well secluded within a traditional walled garden though just a short walk from a vibrant village centre, simply perfect whatever the occasion or time of year.

The thriving hilltop town of Minchinhampton is situated on a tongue of high land between the Golden Valley and the Nailsworth Valley. This vibrant village is a picture-postcard image of what people expect of a small Cotswold town, with a selection of nice shops and places to eat. You are well placed for walking with access to the Cotswolds Way and many other well marked footpaths that will take you through the valleys. Enjoy exploring the many Cotswold towns to include Cirencester, Tetbury and Bath. The area is also well served with a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens that are open throughout the year, along with Westonbirt Arboretum with changing colours throughout the year.

Step away from village life and through the gate into the walled garden, ahead of you a pretty character cottage awaits, step inside to the lounge with low beamed ceilings, exposed stone and inglenook fire place with a warming wood burner, a cosy sofa and armchair sit perfectly where you can enjoy a good movie on the TV. Step up into the kitchen/diner. The cottage style kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher, here you will also find a DAB Bluetooth radio. There is a table and chairs set to the side with views onto a small courtyard that's perfect for a morning coffee. So, when the day is done climb the cottage stairs to the first floor where you will find a library/dressing room where you can listen to the DAB Bluetooth radio, and where you will find the steps leading to a king-size bedroom. Climb further to the second floor where you will find a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

The cottage enjoys a small walled courtyard accessed via the kitchen that's perfect for a morning coffee, the main gardens are to the front of the cottage with a patio area with table and chairs. There is roadside parking within the village, subject to availability.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
