This is a very smart holiday property, with attention to detail and quality arrangements. Warm and plenty of hot water upon arrival (on a freezing October evening!), clever biomass boiler with unlimited supply of woodchips. High-end quality bedding, towels, appliances. Found the house was as stated on the website and near to many of the attractions such as Alnwick, Bamborough, Holy Island and Berwick. Found many places to eat and easy to book in these times and everyone welcoming. Relaxing just sitting in the lounge looking at the views or on the balcony. Perfection. Close to all the many beautiful beaches and areas of interest but away from the crowds. The house itself is outstanding and nothing was too much for the attentive owner. Thank you for the perfect 60 th. we will be back.

Seabreeze is a wonderful holiday home, it's brand new and purpose built, with the living area upstairs to make the most of the views to the sea at a distance, with floor to ceiling windows. It's super clean, (covid 19 preparations taken into account), spacious and very comfortable. The owners were on site when we needed an issue dealing with, and wRead moreere responsive and thoughtful. It's about 3 miles from the centre of Bamburgh, and so is an ideal location to explore the area. Highly recommended Hide

The sea breeze is in a fantastic location, with accesss to all the main fishing villages only a 5- 20 minute drive away. Th property was super clean and the hosts were on hand if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again and is perfect for a quiet family holiday. You certainly relax at the seabreeze. I highly recommend this property.
