Conveniently located house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers a perfect spot to holiday. The beach and local amenities are within walking distance of your front door.

A great place to make many happy memories The golden sands of Instow beach are within easy walking distance of the front door so all the family can spend the day on the sands, or enjoy a good meal afterwards in Instow, with a wealth of pubs and restaurants, many which boast estuary views whilst you dine. The popular Tarka Trail with walking/cycling inland to Bideford or round the North Devon coast is a very short walk from the house. A must visit is to the local deli, where you can purchase freshly baked bread, local smoked fish, fresh coffee and homemade quiches, cakes, croissants and much more.

You can enter this beautiful property from the allocated parking area by two entrances. One entrance is located to the rear via a secure garden path or to the front which is accessed via the roadside. On entering the property via the front door, you are greeted by the beautiful Edwardian hallway, which boasts original floor tiles. Following on to the left you enter the lounge area, where you can sit and watch the boats come and go from The North Devon Yacht Club which is located opposite. Comfy seating on the two sofas in front of the electric flame effect fire from where you can also watch the Smart TV. Leading on down the hallway you come to the dining room with feature brick fireplace and good size dining table making mealtimes a breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. A step up form the kitchen leads to a separate WC. Heading on upstairs to the first floor you have three bedrooms and a bathroom. Firstly, a twin bedroom with views over the rear garden, and the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Along the landing and up two steps leads to the double bedroom with countryside views, and the master bedroom a king-size with double aspect windows and sweeping estuary views towards Appledore and the open sea. The master bedroom also has a en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Venture outside you will find an enclosed rear garden area, accessed up a few steps to where you can enjoy beautiful views across the rolling countryside, the rear garden has a decked patio area and lawn with garden furniture and a BBQ. The garden includes a good sized lockable shed which could be used for storage of cycles etc. Allocated off-road parking is supplied 100 yards from the property for one car.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Thrift. The location was excellent and the accommodation was very comfortable. Lovely walks and Johns Deli...excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Our accommodation was amazing, very well equipment home with everything we needed! Location was good, had to drive a little further for some of the beaches but nice little bay with a lovely deli which we visited a couple of times. Thank you for a amazing holiday :)

Lovely cottage prepared to a high standard with great welcome pack. Ideal location for Instow and the Tarka Trail. Bus stop a few yards away from the property.

We had a fantastic week. Sea Thrift Instow. is well equipped very clean and cosy . Would stay there again ideal to visit all the area around very good bus service. pubs and restaurants Short walk from house.. Welcome pack most appreciated Elizabeth 09/09/2022

Great base to visit area. Very clean and well equipped. Only one provision shop in Instow; nearest Supermarket is Tesco 5 minutes by car. NB. only one parking space allocated.
