This dog-friendly property situated on a working farm is an ideal base for exploring the northern Highlands. Located close to the town of Tain (6 miles) it's ideal for local amenities, eateries and a museum. Choose your own adventure on a private whisky tour of the area. A must for any whisky fan, with favourites such as Glenmorangie, Dalmore & Balblair all within a 15-mile drive. For golfers you have Tain within 7 miles and Royal Dornoch within 15 miles. Dornoch (14 miles) and its beautiful village and beach is stunning, and you can spend a fabulous day exploring its golden sands, great for the dogs and the kids. The coastal havens and towns are endless in this beautiful region. Bring families together in this glorious architect-designed property.

Here you can house ten guests in one house with a conjoining door leading through to a cottage sleeping another four guests. Head through the front door into the entrance where you can hang up coats and kick off muddy boots. There is a useful utility room here and a WC. Into the main living area of the larger house with a semi open-plan lounge/kitchen, separated by a wood burner. The kitchen is stylish and spacious with a large island - the perfect place to rustle up a family dinner whilst chatting about your adventures. Through to the lounge which has ample seating to cosy up on next to the wood burner and a large dining space, perfect for a family games night. Here you can also find the adjoining door that leads through to the two-bedroom cottage. A large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is first with beautiful, vaulted ceilings, Smart TV, wood burner and a fully equipped kitchen. Both houses combined have seven bedrooms to choose from. 

Between both houses is a large garden area and two secluded patios. These can both be reached from either kitchen through the large patio doors. Enjoy al fresco drinks as the BBQ is heating up under the stars, or enjoy the cottages’ sun trap south facing garden.

Great. Have already informed that floodlights would be useful as vv dark for in time get outs and evening loading and unloading after 4.30. All facilities well thought out. Enjoyed it v much with our multi generational family.
