The vibrant market town of Settle is home to a choice of great restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, and hosts a regular Tuesday market. Just outside the town, you can catch a train on the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway, one of the most scenic routes in the country. Heading into the Yorkshire Dales, walkers can visit to the famous three peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside, or explore Malham Cove or Bolton Abbey.

From the kitchen, step out of the French doors into a real tranquil oasis. Guests can take in beautiful views of the Catrigg Force stream which meets the River Ribble further down, there is also a view of the force stepping-stones.
