This beautiful barn conversion is tucked away in the picturesque village of Lund, just a stone's throw from a delightful country inn serving delicious home-cooked food. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, the village is centrally placed for access to the market towns of Beverley, Pocklington, and Driffield, all within a 13-mile radius. The Wolds Way is nearby and there is an abundance of pretty walks and cycle trails directly from the doorstep. Visit Market Weighton (10 miles) which holds a weekly farmers market, or the vibrant city of York with its ancient walls and Minster. For a day by the sea, the sandy beaches of the stunning Yorkshire coastline (20 miles) are well worth a visit.

As you enter the property you will step into the open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is the perfect space to socialise with your loved ones. Curl up in the lounge area and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day of exploring, or simply enjoy relaxing with a drink in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has been stylishly designed with ease in mind and boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. In the centre of the room is a dining table where you can look forward to enjoying some homecooked meals, set alongside a breakfast bar where you can indulge in a morning coffee. Heading from the lounge into the hallway you will find a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Off the corridor are two beautifully decorated super-king bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin on request), both with en-suite shower rooms with WC.

Venturing outside through bi-folding doors from the lounge area, there is an enclosed patio with a hot tub which you can sink into and unwind after a long day. There is also comfortable furniture and a BBQ/firepit to enjoy some al fresco dining on a warm evening. There is ample off-road parking.

Lovely comfortable, clean, stylish, warm cottage in a picturesque village in East Yorkshire. Handy for the east coast, interesting country houses, great gardens as well as Beverley, Hull, and loads of great Wolds villages and pubs.

Just had a lovely relaxing week at the wagon shed... it was absolutely perfect and a real home from home done to a very high standard. The owners thought of everything. We didn't get the best weather so we stayed home a lot and really made the most of the house including the wonderful hot tub. Would definitely recommend this house.

We had such a lovely time staying at the Wagonshed. The attention to detail and cleanliness were impeccable. We felt really able to relax and enjoy our time here. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. We took a trip out to Filey which was lovely and the nature reserve was nice for a few hours out too. The property was one of the nicest we have had the pleasure to stay in! The property catered for all of our needs and we would not hesitate in returning. A beautiful, stylish, well laid out property with all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet area with many lovely places to visit. The owner is always on hand to answer any questions or to overcome any problems there may be but she is never intrusive.

A wonderful, well converted "shed" which hits the mark in every way. Extremely well equipped and comfortable, the owners obviously have a great eye for detail. A very comfortable cottage with every creature comfort thought of. A lovely little village close to Beverly for restaurants and shops but not too far from the sea.
