For stocking up on essentials, or popping out for lunch, the market town of Wetherby is 5 miles south of the cottage. Alternatively, Harrogate, York and Leeds are a short drive and provide an abundance of attractions. Families will enjoy nearby Stockeld Park, Leeds Royal Armouries, Harewood House, Jorvic Viking Centre and many museums, castles and abbeys nearby. Don’t forget to pack your glad rags to enjoy a fun filled day at York or Wetherby Races.
Enter through the front door into the hallway with plenty of space for coats and boots. Head into the large kitchen with breakfast bar. The dining area seats four, ideal for a celebration or catching up with friends and family. There are large sliding doors out to the patio area, and original period feature rolling shutters. On the ground floor there is also a separate WC with original period door. Heading upstairs to the first floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with a super-king-size bed and glass windows with views down to the ground floor. The second bedroom is a double. Completing the property is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.
Venturing outside to the garden, you will find your own seating area, perfect for dining al fresco, which is situated to left of the owners driveway and garden. There is off-road parking for two cars to the front of the property.
