A luxury wing to the owner’s home, this beautiful property more than matches the incredible vineyard on which it is situated on. A truly unique retreat to escape from the hustle and bustle.

This is the ultimate romantic getaway for those looking to escape to the country. A spot that enjoys all the benefits of being on the gateway to the South Downs National Park, where walkers and cyclists will love the extensive heathlands, forests, farmland and historical sites, as well as many dog-friendly pubs for your four pawed friends to happily stroll along too. The thriving market town of Alton which is just 2.5 miles away has a delightful mix of historic buildings, modern shops, cafés and restaurants too. Nearby in Selborne (4.2 miles) you can walk up the famous zig-zag pathway, enjoy the views and explore the hangers at your pleasure.

Making your way into the property you will soon notice the spacious and unique design which is a continuous focus throughout the home. You also have the added luxury of underfloor heating specifically on the ground floor. The initial space on entry is the open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric hob, Aga, American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, whilst there is also an accompanying breakfast bar and dining table giving you multiple options of where to sit and enjoy a lovely meal together. The hallway leads nicely on through the home into two amazing architectural spaces, to the left takes you into the beautiful circular lounge with a curved sofa from which to enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. To the right takes you through to the fabulous spiral stairway leading to the upper floor. Once upstairs you have the master bedroom containing a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, exposed oak beams and views across the vineyard itself. Lastly, but by no means least is the luxury bathroom. An incredibly designed room that features a jacuzzi bath with dragon tap, separate walk-in shower, WC and of course once again eye-catching panoramic views across the vineyard. The home has comfortable outdoor seating directly outside and can be easily accessed from the driveway or kitchen through the French doors.

A top spot to relax and take in your surroundings on Hartley Wine Estate’s 80 acres of vines, woodland, farmland and fishing lakes. Why not even meet the friendly animals down the track which include a family of peacocks, rare breed chickens and a flock of sheep too. There is ample parking on site.

Staying at the Oast House was a fantastic way to spend our honeymoon. The dogs thought it was their new home and felt really had a ball (literally). We ourselves enjoyed walking in the vineyards, drinking champagne in the jacuzzi and walking to Selbourne. What a treat! owners were so friendly and easy to talk to and their baby was a darling. A unique, beautifully designed Oast House conversion with stunning views over the south facing vineyards and surrounding Hampshire countryside. Evening sunsets were a treat. There is a pub 5-7 mins drive away, and a half-hour walk via footpaths takes you to the local village of Selbourne.
