This beautiful apartment is perfect for couples and is situated in the heart of the picturesque historic town of Winchcombe, offering easy access into the Cotswold villages and breath-taking countryside.

Enjoy a great location with roof top views within the heart of Winchcombe, a vibrant market town where you can step out onto the high street to take advantage of the many independent shops, delicatessens, pubs and restaurants. A haven for keen walkers with the Cotswold Way and Winchcombe Way and Cleeve Hill all within 30 miles. For horse racing fans, there are meets at Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham both within 20 miles. For motor enthusiasts, Prescott Hill Climb (4 miles) hold motoring events. Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Steam Railway (3 miles) is nearby with Winchcombe railway station and Sudeley Castle (1 mile) with its beautiful gardens also close by. If you still have time for exploring, why not take in some of the pretty Cotswold villages including Broadway and Lower and Upper Slaughter?

Step off the bustling high street and into the covered walkway that offers access up to the apartment. The front door leads into the stylishly finished living space where you can take a pew to remove your boots after a day in the Cotswolds. The ground floor has been cleverly divided; you can enjoy the morning papers with a coffee or a simple supper at the breakfast bar, or a chapter of a good book as you sink into one of the lounge chairs, and for a little bit of screen time, there’s a relaxing sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen blends into the space and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The ground floor also has a shower room with a double walk-in shower and WC. Climb the stairs up to the first floor to a beautiful super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) enjoying a front aspect overlooking the church. Here you can simply relax and soak in the free-standing claw foot bath.

Outside the apartment there is a small, decked terrace with views to the hills. There is roadside parking (subject to availability).

The Nook is amazing. The owners have thought of everything and provided a truly beautiful place to stay. The location is great too. There is plenty to explore both in the town and nearby. We would not hesitate to recommend both the accommodation and the area.

'The Nook' is a well placed and comfortable apartment right in the heart of the town, it is ideally situated for access to everything the town has to offer and that is a near perfect mix of places to eat and drink with something to suit everyone. A realy great property which the owners have created from a storage area above a shop, extremely well done with every mod con available in the middle of of the wonderfull cottswolds . Not the best for dogs .

The Nook was absolutely perfect, so well equipped and very comfortable a fantastic location too! It really felt like the owners had stayed there themselves and therefore thought of everything. We didn't want to leave, so shall absolutely return. Thank you so much :)
