This property is a great base for enjoying the festivals and events that the nearby historic town of Ludlow offers. Ludlow is a thriving market town, boasting nearly five hundred listed buildings, with the original medieval street layout surviving almost unchanged. Situated on a cliff above the River Teme, it is well-known for its September Food and Drink Festival and has a strong reputation for providing excellent local fare all year round. Walkers will enjoy the trails from the door, and with 12 acres of verdant farmland to enjoy this is a wonderful family-friendly spot. Clee Hill and child-friendly Mortimer Forest are both also within easy reach.

Step into an open-plan sitting room with wood burner, and kitchen/diner adjacent. There are two bedrooms, a super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request) downstairs with a neighbouring bathroom which includes a shower and WC. Upstairs is an en-suite super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request at time of booking) with rainforest style shower and WC.

Guests at the cottage have the use of their own decking to the east of the cottage, including their own table and chairs and a brand new charcoal Wella BBQ. There is also an outdoor treat with a shabby chic bar - simply bring your own beer, stoke up the wood burner and test your skills at traditional darts shared with Ludlow Barn). The barn, a semi-detached property connected to its larger and equally luxurious twin, Ludlow Barn, is set within 12 beautiful acres of farmland which guests and their families are invited to enjoy. Dogs are also welcome.
