Venture into the town and you will find two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach, perfect for those who enjoy the sun and surf, and from here you can also enjoy some spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path. Other local amenities include a golf course and tennis courts, alongside a great selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Also, nearby, the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. A stylish family bathroom completes this floor with rainfall shower and handheld attachment over a corner bath and WC. Continuing upstairs to the top floor you will find a viewing room /snug which has panoramic views (binoculars provided) out over the Northam Burrows, Royal and North Devon links golf course and beyond to the sea). This room also has bean bag seating, Smart TV and Nintendo Wii. Also, on this floor is a separate WC with feature stain glass window.

Outside to the rear is a large enclosed garden with decking area, lawn and patio with garden furniture, loungers’ your own private hot tub and a charcoal BBQ as well as far reaching sea views. Private off-road parking for up to four cars is provided on the driveway directly outside.

Well what can I say, it was a wonderful 2 week break! The views from the bifold doors in the lounge were wonderful. The occasional noise from the sea was lovely. The garden was great for our dog and us. We loved the hot tub! It was kept clean and there would be an engineer that came every other day to check the water quality and level at no bother Read moreto us as they have access and you rarely see them. Very well presented house, with everything you need and more. Even had a games console. The hot tub was great,. Good sized garden, with good fencing, ideal for dogs, also very peaceful in the garden. The only thing that would be better would be being able to get in a little earlier.

The location is perfect and the cottage seems to have been recently refurbed. Kitchen is modern with all equipment you would need. Hot tub is a great bonus and a great garden area. A 10 minute walk from Westward Ho beach which is dog friendly. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Westward Ho and a short drive from lots of other restaurants and barsRead more. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful property. The house was really well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The totally enclosed garden was brilliant and very safe for our dog. Some reviewers have commented about difficulties getting on and off the drive due to the busy road - this is not a problem and we had no trouble either reversRead moreing onto the driveway or turning the car round to pull out forwards. Lovely holiday house, modern and great to have the luxury of the hot tub. A well equipped kitchen for cooking and the log fire was cosy for the evenings.

We stayed here for a family wedding in the area.We absolutely loved the house,the photos just didnt do it justice.It was extremely clean and we were delighted to be welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, milk and some chocolate muffins,It was a lovely touch,.The hot tub was serviced twice while we were there and was lovely to wind down in at the end oRead moref the day.The views from the house are spectacular, enjoyed waking up to them each morning.The beach and town is only a short walk away. We loved this property and had a very enjoyable holiday in Westward Ho! The bi fold doors are a great feature, there are excellent sea views, its a short walk to the beach and town and is furnished to a high standard. We definitely want to come back for another holiday soon.

The house is lovely, everything you need is there. Hot Tub is wonderful after a long day exploring. Location is perfect, 10 minutes away from shops, beach, restaurants. Would recommend Pig on the Beach.
