For family fun there is kayaking available on the River Wye from both Symonds Yat and Glasbury, rock climbing and mountain biking in the Forest of Dean. There are many traditional market towns to include Hay-on-Wye known as the town of books and home of the renowned literary festival.
This cottage has been finished with a contemporary style, the owners are art-designers, and this has had a great influence on the overall style. The side entrance will give access to the kitchen equipped with double electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A rustic table and chairs which is perfect for a quick morning coffee. For more formal dining a dining room finished in rich colours, warmed with a wood burner and overlooking the gardens. For relaxing a spacious lounge with large sofas which you can sink back into in front of the wood burner along with a TV and DVD player.
