The area is a mecca for wildlife lovers and walkers with a myriad of paths and tracks to navigate including of course the famous Rutland Water which offers a variety of activities including sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, boat trips, fishing, rock climbing, high ropes, abseiling, cycling and hot air ballooning.

A wood burner in the lounge area provides both a focal point and a romantic atmosphere ensuring cosy evenings snuggled up in front of the TV or indulging in a favourite novel. The handmade bespoke dining table created from reclaimed timbers found in the cottage provides a place to enjoy any meal whether a quick bite to eat or a celebration, and the well-equipped kitchen provides everything required to cook up a storm should guests choose to dine in. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine and a handy dishwasher. During the warmer months, the stable door to the garden can be opened to allow for a cooling breeze. The tactile paint palette continues upstairs with light and spacious rooms. Climbing the stairs to the first floor guests will initially find a snug area with vintage style desk and chair, perfect for a moment of quiet contemplation or relaxation.
