This beautiful home sits within the small Gloucestershire village of Redmarley, situated close to the Herefordshire border and within easy reach of the vibrant market town of Ledbury, where you will find a choice of seasonal local produce and crafts along with inviting Herefordshire hospitality. This central location offers easy access to the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, The Malvern Hills, and Three Counties Show Ground. Spend a day in the Cotswolds where you can take your pick of picturesque villages or wander one of the many National Trust gardens. Take a trip to Cheltenham, famed for a day at the races or one of their many festivals.

This detached home is perfect for family celebrations and get-togethers, with accommodation that includes the main house and an adjoining annex accessed via an internal door, that together is suitable for ten adults and four children. Step inside the front entrance where you will find space to leave coats and boots after a busy day, the ground floor is perfect for families and offers, a large kitchen/dining area that enjoys a rear aspect overlooking the landscaped gardens. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric Range cooker and gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, the kitchen area flows into the dining area where guests can enjoy dinner around the generously sized table, there is also a set of armchairs and Smart TV within the space. For relaxing, head into the lounge where you can relax and enjoy time with the family, there is a piano and a wall-mounted Smart TV. For the competitive amongst you, head into the games room where you can enjoy the ping pong table, Wii, and other traditional board games. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and WC on the ground floor. For guests that would like a little peace, you can take advantage of the adjoining annex, with direct access from the main house via an internal door in the utility room, here you will find an open plan living area with a small kitchen that has been equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice compartment, and microwave. There are two bedrooms within the annex, a double room, and a bunk bedroom (suitable for children only 2ft 6 by 5ft 9). There is a shower room with a shower and WC. The first floor offers five bedrooms offering space for eight adults and two children. There is a king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower and WC, two double rooms, a bunk bedroom with adult size bunk beds, and a twin room that has low beds (suitable for children only ). There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden that has been beautifully landscaped and lends well for entertaining. There is a table and chairs along with a BBQ. There is also a small, enclosed courtyard accessed from the annex. There is ample off-road parking to the front of the property and storage for bikes available in the rear of the games room.

We had a wonderful stay here over the weekend. We are a group of adults and children, the games room was great for the kids and the house is well furnished and spacious. The house was clean and beautiful and the enclosed garden was great for our dog. The owners have been really lovely, friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

This modern property is amazing! The location in a very quiet rural village in Gloucestershire is perfect if you want to get away from it all. Rouge Marle was as close to perfect as holiday accommodation gets! This a beautiful, spacious house, for a multi generational family holiday.
