This stunning duplex apartment, located right on the seafront of Westward Ho!, is just steps from the sandy beach and a short stroll from shops and restaurants.

This property is situated in a truly stunning location within metres of the sea wall. A few steps bring you directly onto the golden sands, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, surfing, rock pooling and can even take a surfing lesson at the North Devon Surf Academy. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at nearby Royal North Devon Golf Club (1.5 miles), or perhaps take scenic walks amongst the dunes or along the South West Coast Path. Within a 3.5-mile radius of the property are two pretty harbour towns and villages, Bideford and Appledore; each is a great place to spend a day wandering the narrow streets or perhaps taking a relaxing boat trip around the coast. This duplex apartment is a fabulous holiday home.

Step into the ground-floor entrance hall which leads to three of the four bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious king-size with en-suite shower and WC. A further two bedrooms both have super-king-zip-and-link beds (which can be made into twin beds on request). One features an Xbox Series S with venom twin controllers and ultimate games pass allowing access to over 100 games. A family bathroom with bath and WC is also on this level. Heading upstairs to the first floor you are drawn to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is dominated by floor-to-ceiling windows running the width of the room, offering breath-taking ocean views. The lounge area with comfortable seating provides a perfect place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the ever-changing view or watching a movie on the Sky Glass TV which is fully packaged. This space also has access to a fantastic patio balcony. The dining area seats eight people, and the well-equipped and stylish kitchen area provides an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and additional drying space along with a further fridge/freezer. The upstairs also hosts the master bedroom, which again benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows running the width of the room. An en-suite accompanies the bedroom, with a large walk-in shower and WC.

Heading outside, there is a patio balcony leading off the living area where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the comfort of the outside furniture, warmed by a patio heater. There is parking for one car in the building's underground car park. Additional parking is available in the pay and display car park nearby. A lift is accessible from the underground car park.

The apartment was very spacious with everyone to either be together or in their own area. The balcony was lovely and having the heater out there meant that we used it everyday and sat and enjoyed the view and the sound of the sea both in the day and in the evening.

Fantastic location and really well furnished apartment. Handy for town/beach/cliff walks or if you prefer you can just sit back and enjoy the view in comfort.

This apartment is a genuine eight person space giving everyone enough personal space and equipment to live comfortably. The apartment is equipped to the highest standard and we enjoyed the location and views. The meet and greet was a nice touch as was the welcome pack. The communication was excellent. We are seasoned holiday renters and you would bRead moree hard pushed to get some a spacious and high quality rental for the price. Underground parking was good and accommodated our high vehicle. We had a glorious week in this beautiful apartment. From the welcome Information, to the thoughtful welcome pack (the fudge was amazing!) and the personal touch of greeting us to check everything was ok and to help with anything we needed.
