This superb holiday home sits in a peaceful village close to the North Devon and Cornwall coast with its own enclosed garden it’s a real home from home.

This warm and welcoming cottage sits in the centre of this traditional Devon village yet retains its own privacy with its own enclosed front and rear gardens. Only a short drive away is the small market town of Holsworthy offering country strolls, fishing or bike rides on the cycle route. Just fourteen miles away is Bude which is perfect for surfers, walkers or those who fancy a swim. The active among you will love the Tamar Lakes which offer a variety of watersports as well as great walking and a lovely café. Other attractions close by include Tintagel, The Milky Way, Boscastle and Clovelly.

As you enter this delightful cottage you step into the utility area which is ideal for kicking off your boots or shoes. This room also has a freezer and sink. To your left is also a handy cloakroom with WC. Stepping up into the bright and airy kitchen/diner, there is slate flooring and the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice/drinks dispenser, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area seats six comfortably and overlooks the patio. Step down into the large lounge with feature stone fireplace, painted beams and warming wood burner. A vibrant blue corner sofa beckons you to relax and watch the Smart TV. Kids will love the snug/playroom with chalk wall Apple TV, books and games. Heading upstairs there are three bedrooms, a spacious king-size with wooden floor, a twin room with stylish tree mural and a double with another abstract wall mural in muted tones. The large family bathroom completes the accommodation with a bath and separate double shower and WC.

Stepping outside, there are two areas for you to enjoy. The large patio with garden furniture and gas BBQ is situated in a sunny spot and an ideal place to relax, while the children will love the enclosed play area to the side which has a boat style climbing frame, with swing and slide (ideal for children up to eight years old) The front garden has a lawn area which is adjacent to the allocated parking space for one car.
