The cottage is tucked away on a smallholding just a short drive away from the village of Cwmduad. The cottage has direct access to the Nantgronw Horse Trails which can be enjoyed on foot. The bustling market town of Carmarthen is just 11 miles away and has an impressive high street and an indoor market plus an array of restaurants and bars, a multiplex cinema and a bowling alley. As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into the open-plan kitchen/diner, the kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. Prepare a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day of exploring or rustle up a simple supper to enjoy around the dining table while planning your next adventure. Just off the kitchen/diner, you will find the cosy snug complete with a comfortable sofa surrounding the TV and a wood burner. It is the perfect spot to curl up at the end of the day and watch a movie, read a book, or simply enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire. Head up the stairs onto the first floor; you'll find the master bedroom in the eaves of the cottage, with a king-size bed and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings.
