We had a wonderful stay at Michaelmas cottage. What a fantastic property. Everything you would need was catered for. Beautifully decorated. There was ample parking outside the property. It was a great location to go off and visit all the wonderful surrounding villages.

We spent a lovely week in this fabulous cottage - glorious old beams, log fire and a cosy glass of red after a day walking in the beautiful (but cold!) Cotswold countryside. Great location with an easy walk in to Stow and the Slaughters in easy reach the other way. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been tastefully finished and very cleverly designed to maximise the space! We shall be back!! Hide

Lovely cottage, this was our second stay here. Well equipped kitchen. Cosy lounge with log burner. Beds comfy but pillows slightly soft for us. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Cottage was well equipped. Three very good bathrooms with top of the range facilities. Kitchen was very nice and good space for eating together. Sitting room was small not really enough seating for 6 people to sit comfortably. But this is a 300 year old cottage! Its not the warmest of cottages we had an issue with the radiators not coming on. We diRead mored use the wood provided in the sitting room to warm it up a bit. Hide

Very good location and lovely cottage. Stairs are very narrow due to the age of the property, which could be a problem for some people and young children.

We (3 couples) loved the property. Spacious and social with a chocolate box look and feel. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to dishwasher tablets being supplied. The bathrooms are modern and clean and it has a lovely outside space. The Cottage is well-fitted throughout and in close proximity to Stow-in-the-Wold. Unfortunately, the local pub, Golden Ball Inn, had ceased trading preventing the facility to enjoy a pub within a short walking distance.

The cottage is really a home from home. Had pretty much everything we needed. Very quaint but had all the mod cons people expect these days. Although terraced it was very quiet, we did not even hear the neighbours. Great location to explore the Cotswolds. The local pub served lovely food, and the staff were very friendly. Lovely, comfortable cottage, with the added bonus of three, modern en-suite bathrooms. In a great location with walks and a pub close by (locals very friendly). We were three, relatively fit couples, but cottage would not suit those with mobility issues. Staircases narrow and steep. Otherwise would highly recommend.
