This delightful, striking property is situated in a quiet rural location in Mid Wales which boasts wonderful far reaching views of the Cors Caron Nature Reserve, this vast wetland site is home to over 170 species of birds. The market town of Tregaron is three miles away from the property and is home to a good range of shops and cafes, as well as a traditional market. Tregaron is now a popular destination for walkers and hikers, looking to enjoy the spectacular scenery. For those who are willing to travel a little further, the Cardigan Bay coast lies within easy reach of the property and is a superb area to spend a few days exploring, with its beaches, coves, and seaside towns such as Aberystwyth and New Quay. Nestling in 76 acres, this detached barn conversion offers modern contemporary furnishings whilst keeping lots of character. As you open the front door of the property, you will enter the spacious hallway, the perfect space to hang your coats or to kick off your walking boots. This warming space has lots of character and attention to detail. The first room you will find as you continue to enter the property is the first of the spacious double bedrooms. As you carry along the hallway you will find two further twin bedrooms, these light and airy rooms are the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. To complete the sleeping area on the ground floor, you will find the final double bedroom, this room is perfect for a young family, as it boasts ample space for a travel cot. Along with the bedrooms, the ground floor is also home to the two shower rooms with WC’s. As you head up the stairs you will reach the wonderful, lounge/kitchen/diner, this space is truly spectacular and the perfect room to socialise with family and friends. Retaining its A-frame beams and dramatic full-length window to the front with far reaching views over the Cors Caron Nature Reserve, this space is truly unique. The large kitchen area with formal dining area is the perfect spot to cook an evening meal and enjoy it all together. The kitchen is home to an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Light floods in the lounge area though the full-length window, there is an added warming wood burner in the lounge area perfect for those chilli evenings. Just off the lounge area you will find patio doors leading out to a small veranda with garden furniture, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee with a view. The spacious first floor kitchen/lounge/diner is also home to an added luxury of a pool table for all guests to enjoy and embrace their competitive side. To complete the first floor, you will find another king-size bedroom, this room is cosy and has a comfy armchair to relax and reflect over the day’s activities.

Heading outside to the front of the property, you will find the spacious patio area with your own private hot tub, this tub is positioned to enjoy a hot soak and enjoy the wonderful views across the Nature Reserve. In addition to the front patio, you will also find a further decked area with garden furniture to enjoy al-fresco dining in the warmer months with enclosed areas. The grounds have different levels and sloping gardens, please ensure care is taken. Off-road parking for up to four cars.

Lovely house with beautiful views! Only 30 min drive from Aberystwyth! Lots of outdoor space for dogs. Although owners live next door, the house feels very private. The upstairs area is perfect for large groups and the fireplace is lovely.

The cottage and the surrounding area is truly outstanding. The views are superb from the cottage and you find yourself staring for hours out of the window. The owners are friendly and on hand if you need anything with excellent local knowledge.

Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone - so peaceful. There were 4 couples all together and it exceeded our expectations. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed our weekend away and will definitely be back!

Fabulous views from the living area we all loved the rural location what a great place for our annual catch up with old friends - lovely day out to Devils bridge falls. Minor maintenance issues did not detract from our enjoyment of our break

What a wonderful new year stay at the barn. We loved our time spent with family and friends. Wonderful views, spacious accommodation and the hot tub and pool table were both welcome treats for our stay. There were a few little quibbles but nothing that took away from our holiday. A big thank you to the owners.

We stayed here for 4 nights with the family (inclusive of x1 infant & x2 dogs). It blew us away on arrival, the location and its views & the barns homely feel. The barn is clean & spacious and the bedrooms are all of a decent size. It was equipped well for our stay - with an added stair gate, travel cot and high chair awaiting us on arrival. Accommodation in poor repair and not cleaned adequately on arrival. Many maintenance issues meant that this was not good value for money. The owners were not present and elderly relatives next door could only apologise for the poor condition of the property. The area is ideal for a family holiday with child friendly attractions and eateries within Read morean easy drive and the location of the barn provides stunning views amidst peaceful rural surroundings.
