Lay Mary cottage was delightful, situated in a beautiful little village of Windrush close to all the places you want to see when visiting the Cotswolds

Very pleasant cottage providing 3 x good size bedrooms. Living accommodation also in good dimension for up to 6 adults. All very nicely styled and plenty of quality crockery and glasses. Hamlet is off the beaten track and on wet wintry days it was difficult to create even a short walk. In the summer it will be much better. Car parking is on the roaRead mored but with a fairly large 4 x 4 we were never comfortable in finding a decent spot. Hide

The cottage was very cosy, clean and well equipped. Windrush is a quiet and very picturesque little village approx. 8 min by car from Burford. It is a perfect starting point for hikes. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the heating in the lounge and it got never really warm on cold days even with the open fire place. The 3rd bedroom is small and Read morehas not much wardrobe space due to the washing machine being stored there but it is ok for a child. However we had a nice time & recommend it. Hide

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful time in this cosy cottage in the centre of Cotswolds. We had a boiler "issue" but it has been resolved very quick in the following hour, the person over the phone was very kind and helpful. We would definitely go back to this place.

The cottage was awsome. Everything was in the right place. Great location and very comfortable. Three issues only: bad service of the local administrator, wifi never worked, the kitchen lights stopped working the last evening.
