Absolutely lovely retreat & stay away for Easter 2024! Four Adults with a 19m old. It's wonderful, so clean, modern with luxurious bedding & towels. Beds so very comfortable too. Literally has everything you need. Kitchen obviously not been used much in the past but we christened it! Had everything we needed. Showers have plenty of power. Our GrandRead moreson enjoyed the animals: goats, sheep, lambs. dogs & cat! So quiet & away from everyone! Shops close by. So much to visit within 30/60mins Hide

Our first visit to the Forest of Dean since we were children but it definitely wont be our last Hudgemoor Cottage was so comfy and cosy. There was everything we needed for our stay. I was so proud of myself after doing some online reading I lit the log burner and this put icing on the cake for cosy living. Already looking at dates for next year

Lovely accommodation in quite location which suited us. Walks from the door so didn't have to use car all the time with the dog. Make sure you bring your supplies with as nearest shops in Newham 2 miles away though everything you need is at large CO OP.

Nice local pubs and cafes, nothing fancy, justgood British food. Very quiet, even in day time, excelent views across the countryside The cottage is all on one level andeasy to access
