Perfectly situated within walking distance of the village of Braunton, where you can enjoy browsing the plethora of individual shops, restaurants, pubs, and takeaways. Just outside the town, Braunton Burrows provides a lovely backdrop for scenic seaside walks. Just three miles away, Saunton Sands boasts an expansive sandy beach popular with families and surfers, and further afield, sand, sea and surf can be enjoyed at Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough. Walking enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice with the nearby South West Coast Path, taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point, and Exmoor National Park within easy reach by car. Other family attractions and places of interest nearby include Barnstaple, with market and high street shops, Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Castle, Dinosaur and wildlife park as well as other coastal towns such as Combe Martin, Morethoe and Ilfracombe.

On arriving to this luxurious three storey coastal retreat, take a moment to enjoy the grandness. As you enter the property on the ground floor the beautiful entrance hall is the perfect place to kick off your shoes before entering the magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area which is truly the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the remarkable kitchen/dining area. The kitchen area offers a gas Range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and a beautiful dining table where all can enjoy supper together. Leading off the kitchen is a very handy utility room, which offers a washing machine, tumble dryer an additional fridge and freezer. The fabulous lounge area offers an impressive set of bi-folding doors which lead out onto the beautiful balcony, allowing you to pull back the doors and enjoy the fresh air whilst you sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme or movie via the Smart TV, Blue Ray player or Sky Q (full package) or just enjoy a catch up with friends. Following on through the property you will find the snug room, which consist of a Smart TV, toys and comfortable seating. Completing this floor is the very handy separate WC. After a long day, head on up to the first and second floor where you will find the six bedrooms all with Smart TV's and Sky Q (full package). We spent a wonderful week in North Devon. High Tide is beautifully well appointed and well situated to discover this region. We felt at home and loved the airy feel of the house.

We had an excellent holiday. The owner was only a phone call away and happy to help. Great location, 10 min walk into Braunton. Saunton sands is beautiful, hire a beach hut if you get the chance. The kids especially enjoyed having their own space in the snug.

This holiday home is impressive and finished to a high standard and cleanliness. The downstairs open space is ideal for families to dine and socialise and the bifold door extend this out into a lovely patio area. The games room and hot-tub kept the kids entertained and the sky cinema package. 4 of 6 bedrooms have an en-suite ideal when you have a fRead moreew families sharing. High Tide is a fantastic house and ideal for larger family intergenerational family groups like ours. Rachel is a great host and was really helpful with information, advice and activity ideas. I'd really recommend staying here!

Our family had an amazing holiday in this huge house! Great location for Saunton Sands, a 10 minute drive away, beautifully presented with oodles of space, en suites galore and amazing bi-folds to admire the view. Lovely host and a welcome pack when we arrived. We spent every day on the beach, our children had surf lessons, paddled and swam in the Read moresea. We had picnics on the huge expanse of sand and walked the dogs for hours. Perfect house inside and out, we will be back! Hide

Beautiful home in fantastic location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book to stay again. We were a group of 12 and house was the perfect size and fully equipped to accommodate everyone. The host Rachel was wonderful and very approachable & helpful with any additional requirements.
