Stylish single-storey property located on a country estate sleeping four guests, located on the northwest shore of Coniston Water, just over one mile from the village of Coniston.

This property is one of six cottages and houses situated on the north-west shore of Coniston Water in the beautiful Lake District. The lake is an excellent place to enjoy a host of watersports and activities ranging from kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, to sailing and motorboating. The mountainside landscape around the lake naturally lends itself to a range of land-based pursuits, ranging from climbing and hiking at the Old Man of Coniston to gorge scrambling and mountain biking. For a more leisurely day trip, take a cruise on the National Trust owned Victorian steam yacht which runs around the lake, departing from Coniston Pier.

On arrival at this semi-detached property, guests will find a warm welcome awaits in the lounge, a delightful room with wooden floors, a warming wood burner, and a Smart TV. The kitchen, meanwhile, is a sunny room finished in a farmhouse style and equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the separate outside laundry room. The property has two attractive bedrooms, the first of which is a double room which has been thoughtfully finished with pretty, decorative touches and offers its own Smart TV. The second bedroom is a peaceful twin room, which has been finished in the same attractive style as the master bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC, for which there are complimentary toiletries provided.

Outside, the property benefits from a fantastically spacious garden with a long lawn and a walled patio seating area, where guests will find garden furniture, a BBQ, and a chimenea, which makes it a wonderful spot to enjoy alfresco drinks as the sun goes down. There is off-road parking available for one car, and there is storage space for two bikes or two canoes.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £100 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.
