Ideally placed to explore all of North Devon, this cottage is just a downhill stroll away from the seaside town of Ilfracombe where you can enjoy a drink or ice cream in the sun. Alternatively, head to the high street and discover a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants, or wander down to the pretty harbour where you will find 'Verity', Damien Hirst’s famous sculpture. Further sand and sea can be found just a short drive away at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, all with excellent surfing opportunities. Walkers can enjoy exploring nearby Exmoor and the South West Coast Path, both offering stunning scenery. Other places of interest accessible from here include the pretty fishing village of Appledore or the National Trust's Arlington Court.

The bungalow offers spacious accommodation and is accessed via the front garden. Guests will find everything they need contained within this stylish single-storey property. Entering into the hallway there is plenty of room to kick off your shoes and hang coats and jackets. The well-equipped kitchen on your right has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge/diner is at the heart of the space and has a folding dining table, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Netflix/DVD as well as providing a light and bright space to relax with patio doors overlooking the front garden. The bedroom is spacious and provides a king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and views across the rear enclosed garden, ideal for your four-legged friend. A contemporary shower room with a WC completes the accommodation of what is an immaculate and stylish holiday home.

Stepping outside, at the front there is a small but well-maintained garden which has steps leading to a raised decked area with seating and views across the rooftops to the National Trust tors and distant sea views. The rear enclosed garden is accessed around the side of the property and is gated, so ideal for those bringing a dog. Lovely clean cottage. Spacious and well equipped, and in a good location for exploring the North Devon coast. Having the scones and Prosecco was a lovely touch. Would stay again. Thankyou.

We had such a great stay and loved the bungalow - so convenient and lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was super clean and there was even more room than the photos would suggest. Garden really lovely with a great view. Would definitely book again.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean modern cottage, spacious, quality appliances, ideal for a couple (& dog) with sun trap gardens. We found it a great base to tour the town and the wider area. Had a great week.

We had a lovely time at Coombe Edge. It was clean, well equipped and the cream tea with prosecco was a lovely treat. The bed was really comfortable and it was really quiet. Some lovely walks along the coastal path without using the car.
