A lovely ground floor apartment situated in the centre of the market town of Keswick with private parking and local amenities on your doorstep.

Located in the market town of Keswick with a great selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Keswick holds an annual Mountain Festival which features outstanding sporting events, speakers and live music. This is the perfect base to get out and explore the Northern Lakes, with Derwentwater (less than a mile) and Bassenthwaite (4 miles) both close by and there are a great selection of fells and Wainwrights to tackle in the local area. Whinlatter Forest with its fantastic bike tracks and walks is less than 5 miles away. Or why not walk down to the Theatre by the Lake (1 mile) and enjoy a talk or film? You can also hop on an open top bus and take in a day tour of the Lakes hopping on and off at your leisure.

There is a spacious king-size bedroom where you can switch off and relax after a day out exploring. There is a handy storage cupboard in the hallway to stow away coats and boots. The property benefits from underfloor heating and has been finished to a high standard throughout from lovely oak internal doors to contemporary styling and lots of local photos which have been taken by the owner himself.

There is private parking for one car and although there is no private garden, you are just a short walk from Fitz Park where there is an abundance of open space and seating so you can sit out and enjoy the views over Skiddaw.

Absolutely loved our stay here! This is a fantastic property, equipped with everything you need & very well presented! The bed was very comfortable and we were also happy that there was off road parking. There was a welcome pack, which included tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits and also a washing up pack (which was very handy). Great location minutes walk from Keswick town centre, own off street parking spot which was ideal as Keswick was very busy. Well furnished apartment with modern fixtures and fittings, dont let the outside of the building put you off. Great for a couple or small family due to pull out sofa. Location is fantastic for walks and hiking, plenty of pubs Read moreand restaurants minutes away but be prepared to wait if not pre booked. Perfect getaway. Hide
