The beautiful sands at Woolacombe are a short distance as are the popular beaches at Croyde and Saunton, excellent for surfing. Head over to Ilfracombe, where you can see Damian Hirst’s Verity, dine in the quayside restaurants, and relax on Tunnels Beaches. Walkers are well-catered for with nearby access to the South West Coast Path, Exmoor and the popular Tarka Trail, which offers off-road walking and cycling.
On entering the property, you will find yourself in an entrance porch with plenty of space for boots and shoes, and also home to the washer/dryer. Four steps lead up to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with two comfy sofas and a large Smart TV. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice compartment, and a dishwasher. A breakfast bar and stools provide room for a coffee or light lunch while the table cleverly nestles next to the staircase allowing for a more formal evening meal. French doors lead out from the lounge area to the garden. Stairs lead up from the lounge to two bedrooms; one king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and WC, and one twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with a Smart TV. A small third room offers space for kids with beanbags and some games/toys/alternatively storage. The shower room with shower and WC completes the accommodation.
