We thoroughly enjoyed the property Next to beach, with a hot tub. AV is good in both lounges Owners paid extra attention to detail We had a leak during our stay but was fixed soon Hot tub water was low,again fixed soon enough

Stayed with a family of 11 and this amazing property had everything we needed! The welcome pack was a lovely thought and we were all so sad to leave. The views from the rooms are beautiful and the kids loved the beach right outside! Everything was perfect!

We all loved our stay at Bay House, it was well equipped for all our needs and the views were amazing. Lots to do in the local area, Loch Lomond cruise boat was lovely and the Loren in Dunoon was a favourite place to eat for us all.

Wonderful week away. Beautiful location, right on the beach. My daughters were in heaven being able to walk out the front door onto the beach. Property is fabulous and very large. Being in a large group there are plenty of spaces if you need a quiet moment. The views from the front windows are breathtaking. Insufficient outside seating for the capacity of the house, only 6 seats. Decking rails on the stairs are not properly secure and catch on one of the gates is broken. We stayed as a family 12 , all of party fell in love with this house , would return with no hesitation. Lounge areas very comfortable.
