Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is really comfortable with everything you need. The yard at the back is great for a dog - fully enclosed so great for running around, and hard standing so no mud. Lovely cottage with high spec, enclosed rear ideal for our dog. Excellent base for exploring the area, car or bus to Ripon, Harrogate etc or country walks from the village. Local pub friendly with great food. The villagers were friendly and helpful. Just missing a village shop but Ripon is 8mins away with supermarkets etc. Very peaceful and we'd loRead moreve to return.
