This Grade II-listed cottage is situated in a secluded coastal spot on the edge of Exmoor. It is perfectly located just half a mile from the seaside town of Minehead, with its sandy beach, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, the West Somerset Railway. The medieval Exmoor village of Dunster is just half a mile away with its castle, shops, tearooms, pubs and restaurants. From Dunster, head onto the moors and enjoy the awe-inspiring landscape of Exmoor National Park. Venture along the coast and visit the seaside villages of Blue Anchor (4 miles) and Porlock (7 miles), or visit Watchet (8 miles) with its lovely marina.

Enter this Grade II-listed cottage, up a couple of steps, into the kitchen which is perfect for rustling up some home-cooked meals. From the kitchen, make your way into the open-plan lounge/dining area where you can put your feet up and watch the SmartTV/DVD from the comfy sofas, or tuck into your culinary creations at the wooden dining table. From the lounge, head upstairs to the two bedrooms: a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Completing the accommodation is a shower room.

Head outside and you will find a private seating area, which is a lovely spot for al fresco dining. There is also a shared 1-acre sub-tropical garden, filled with mature palm trees and exotic plants, with seating, a ‘secret garden’, a giant outdoor chess set, a children’s swing, and views over the West Somerset Steam Railway and the Bristol Channel. Enjoy the communal fire pit with giant marshmallows for toasting. Come and feed the goats and sheep in the 2 acre paddock and say hello to the miniature Shetland pony.

Dog walks abound straight from the cottage door and with a dog wash area and towels provided, you know your 4 legged friend will have a fabulous time too.

The highlight of the outside space is the heated outdoor swimming pool which is set in its own walled area with poolside furniture.
