A truly stunning and luxurious timber-framed cottage in the rural countryside of Mid Wales, surrounded with picturesque woodlands. Enjoy an idyllic escape to the country whilst staying at this beautiful cottage, a stone's throw away from a working farm. Country walks are in abundance, with rural land all around. The Cambrian mountains are just 15 miles away if you fancy a more challenging hike with extra mountain scenery, Snowdonia National park is 44 miles away, or if you fancy Osprey watching, the Dyfi Osprey project is just 23 miles away. For a little change of scenery, Aberdyfi is just 33 miles away with its beautiful beach and variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The list is endless of adventures and experiences to entertain you during your stay, and we're sure, once you've stayed at this stunning cottage, you'll want to come back for more!

On entering this wonderful property, the cosiness of home comforts strikes you immediately with the warmth of the underfloor heating under your feet as you enter the open living kitchen/dining area. With a large Rangemaster for cooking delicious meals with family or friends, before snuggling in front of a wood burner whilst enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring the magnificent surroundings. French doors open out from the dining area leading onto the rear garden and hot tub. There are two living areas, both with wood burners to keep you cozy and warm, one has a 40-inch Smart TV, while the other, named the entertainment room is equipped with a pool table, and 55-inch Smart TV. If reading a book in peace is your idea of relaxation, there is a separate sofa on the spacious landing area, to take you away from the rest of the house. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed (maximum occupancy 6). The family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, shower and heated towel rail.
Heading outside is a large enclosed garden surrounding the property which backs onto the banks of a stream in a peaceful and tranquil setting. With a generous outdoor lawn space, there is plenty of room for the children to run about. The garden also benefits from a hot tub, and outdoor furniture to enjoy evening meals with a charcoal barbeque and a picnic bench.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Ty-Nant. It was genuinely beautiful and when we first arrived couldnt believe we would get to live here for a week! Great location, superbly equipped and not too far from amenities in Newtown. Great communication from Pauline and Rich - the owners.
