Set within the west wing of a country mansion with views over the countryside down to the River Don, this luxurious first-floor apartment is perfect for those seeking a quiet base from which to explore. The suite is nestled in 65 acres of beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside comprised of landscaped parkland, ancient woodlands and agricultural land. The market town of Inverurie (4 miles) has a selection of quirky shops, quality eateries, pubs and cafes. Great for walkers, this property is near Bennachie (10 miles) with its nine summits. Aberdeenshire is known as 'Scotland's Castle Country' and has many castles, stately mansions, and ruins to discover, including Castle Fraser, garden and estate (7 miles). Enjoy a trip to Aberdeen (19 miles), known as the Granite City, with its excellent attractions, shopping, and leisure facilities.

From the courtyard, follow the stairs up to the first floor of the west wing. Enter the property and follow the hall through to the light and bright open-plan sumptuous living area. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day out exploring and on a cooler evening, light the wood burner and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. There is a spacious dining area where you can enjoy the lovely views over the countryside, an ideal place to enjoy a family meal. Cook up said meal in the well-equipped kitchen which has been elegantly styled with calming tones and modal touches. There a two individual, beautifully decorated bedrooms: one super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom, and one king-size with an en-suite bathroom both of which have free-standing baths, showers and WCs. Completing the property on the ground floor is a shared billiard room, a boot room and cloakroom.  For larger groups the property can be booked along with The Sutherland and The Don View Suite.

Heading outside, the vast grounds of the manor house are at your disposal. Landscaped lawns, formal gardens and beautiful ancient woodland await, as well as space to relax, rejuvenate and explore.  The kids can also be entertained with an outdoor play area and sunken trampoline.  Onsite wellbeing activities are available onsite including yoga and reflexology as well as Scottish native breed experiences.  Please refer to the need to know section of the webpage for further information

• Scottish native breed experiences available on site - learn all about the Highland Ponies and Cows that live at the Manor, the history of the breeds, caring for and preservation of the breeds and even get to feed, brush and stroke the animals if you're feeling brave! Advance booking preferred.
