This spacious holiday home has charm and character, offering stylish accommodation for families and their canine companions. It is set on the outskirts of Llandudno, a popular seaside town famed for its two waterfronts and excellent beaches. The quieter West Shore can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, and boasts a stunning sandy shoreline and excellent views towards Anglesey, whilst the North Shore (2 miles) is home to a wide promenade and an abundance of shops, bars and cafes. Take the tram or cable car to the summit of Great Orme to enjoy some of the best views North Wales has to offer. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, there are countless walks and cycle routes nearby as well as endless opportunities for water sports and boat trips.

On entering this lovely property, a large and open hallway leads you through to the light and airy lounge, which is an ideal space to sit and unwind. After a long day of fun, curl up on the comfortable sofa and read a book or watch the Smart TV. Moving through a set of double doors you'll find yourself in the dining room with plenty of space for the whole family to sit and enjoy a home-cooked meal or play a board game in the evening. Off the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need to rustle up a family feast. At the rear of the property is a beautiful conservatory with patio doors that open up to the garden, bringing the outside in. Back along the hallway you'll find a handy downstairs WC and a garage with washing machine and plenty of storage for bicycles and beach gear. When it is time to retire for the evening, head upstairs to find four comfortable bedrooms: two king-size, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs and two twins. The back two bedrooms benefit from wonderful double-aspect sea views over both the North and West Shore. A spacious family bathroom completes the property.

The house was well presented and spacious and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and nice comfortable beds.Will definitely be returning in the future.

I was in the area for work and pleasure with a friend and my dog. The house was perfect, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is in a great location to get out and about but equally there are walks from the house. I miss the views already! Thoroughly recommended and would definitely return.

We stayed in this absolutely amazing house new year so all the family could be together. The cleanliness was outstanding , there was a travel cot all set up .Dog crate with towels bowls provide. Everywhere was spotless and the whole house was so comfy, spacious and warm .The parking for 3 cars was a bonus and Llandudno was only short drive away. Very nice and spacious house nice little enclosed garden which the dogs really enjoyed. It was our 1st time holidaying with our dogs and we found the extra touches really nice. Lovely welcome pack too.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful property. It's in a great location close to the centre of Llandudno but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The area feels very safe. The house is very well equipped with comfortable beds and good quality furnishings, with everything you could need.

Lovely spacious home with comfy furniture, beds and bedlinen. It was very clean and the private parking was good. The garden was a disappointment, the artificial grass was always wet so didn't sit out much as feet got wet. Conservatory was lovely.

Absolutely loved the property, well decorated, very clean and everything we wanted for our weekend away. Location is great, easy distance to town and local golf courses. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay, couldn't fault it.

We stayed at the cottage for a extended family Christmas break, we could not have wished for more, we arrived after dark to a very welcoming home, lights were on plus the house was fully dressed for Christmas, it looked lovely. Heating was on and plenty of hot water, its a very roomy house with 4 big bedrooms and separate spaces down stairs. HavingRead more a second fridge freezer in the garage is also a bonus! The pictures don't do the property justice. It is very spacious, with plenty of kitchen equipment and very dog friendly. The substantial welcome pack was gratefully received.
