Great stay. Finally found the quietest place ever. Every year we leave London to avoid the 5th Nov fireworks as our dog is terrified. She was super relaxed. We wish we could stay longer... we'll be back.

An absolutely gorgeous cottage! Beautiful high ceilings and wooden beams. The courtyard was stunning! The cottage was easy to find and certainly in a perfect location, there were so many places to visit within 30/40 minutes drive. It was lovely that the owners had put many places of interest in the the cottage. We would definitely come back again.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay, its a great place to kick back, chill and unwind in a quiet rural setting. The field in front was a great walk as last as you don't mind long grass but foot paths near too. The equipment is everything you could ever need some of things for cooking are in the TV unit. We visited Broadway, Stratford-uponRead more-Avon and Burton on the water. Easy to travel to towns etc but you come back to peice and quiet, definitely be visiting again. Hide

Found the bed uncomfortable but we are used to a king size and was very hot so probably would have been ok during cooler weather! Other than that, lovely cottage with stunning views.

Lovely location, once you find it, and so much to see and do in the surrounding area. Our dog loved the two enclosed garden areas and the property was a good size for the three of us. We had a great time here.

We instantly felt chilled and relaxed in Pear Tree cottage. It's well designed with modern and good quality furnishing/equipment. For dog owners it bliss, having wooden floors so you don't need to worry about muddy paws/boots, and having both an enclosed front garden and an enclosed shared courtyard at the back. We would definitely come again.

I can not fault this place. It was so peaceful. I stayed in the Pear Tree Cottage, and I was really lucky I had the place to myself. Georgina and Jon were very helpful and I could not have asked for anything more suitable. It was the best home for the week I stayed. I loved driving around the region.
