Slightly further afield, yet just 16 miles away, are the rugged cliffs of Hartland and picturesque Clovelly being only 17 miles from the property. There are attractions for all the family in the area, including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, The Tamar Otter Park, King Arthur's Tintagel and National Trust properties which are all within a 30 mile radius of the property. The nearby town of Bude is just five miles away and offers a leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of restaurants and pubs. Fishing and boating are available on the Tamar (8mls) and Roadford Lakes (18mls).

Step inside from the front door into the light and welcoming hallway. Hang up your outerwear and head left into the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. With vaulted ceilings and attention to detail, this countryside abode will certainly not disappoint. The kitchen area has everything you’ll need including electric and combi oven, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser perfect for creating a feast for all the family. Relax at the breakfast bar over a tipple and catch up with loved ones. Enjoy a special meal with the Sonos speaker playing your chosen songs at the dining table with plenty of seating for all. Cosy up on one of the three sofas after a day exploring your surroundings and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV or DVD player. From the hallway, heading right, you’ll find the two king-size bedrooms with built in wardrobes and one has an en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and attachment along with WC. The twin bedroom is equally as spacious and completing the inside is the contemporary bathroom with rainfall shower and attachment over bath and WC.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden, a great spot for a BBQ in the warmer months or to spend time with the children playing games, the perfect spot to sit and soak up the sun. Enjoy morning coffee on the breakfast terrace by the kitchen. The property provides ample off-road parking.

What a superb property. Two Bees Barn exceeded our expectations. The property was warm, comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. There was a secure garden, and plenty of parking. We absolutely loved our stay and couldnt fault it.

This was our second stay at Two bees barn and again it didnt disappoint! A nice secure garden for the dogs. The kitchen has literally everything you can need plus more. Comfy beds and pillows. Brilliant location and only 10 mins drive to the local supermarket and Bude. Would definitely come stay a third time! Thank you x

Lovely barn conversion which has been completed to a very high standard throughout. We loved the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Enclosed garden was great for the dog and we put the barbecue and outdoor seating areas to good use. Lovely barn which was very very comfortable. Very quiet area with just country sounds to here. Driveway a little bit of a challenge if you have a low car however it didnt spoil the holiday. Very well equipped and if exceptional standard all round.

The Two Bees Barn is a superb property with plenty of space. We took our little Westiepoo and he loved the large enclosed garden. There is plenty of seating for dining, watching TV and outside. The garden has a lovely seating area for alfresco dining, there are a number of folding tables and chairs to use on the raised decking area.
