This property is well situated for cyclists or walkers wanting to explore the country lanes and footpaths in the local area, with the old Roman Road, Peddars Way, providing attractive routes. It is also only a short stroll to a pub serving good food. The many attractions nearby include sailing, horse riding, golf and bird watching at the nature reserves in Titchwell or Holme Marsh. Approximately 4 miles away are the sandy beaches at Brancaster or the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton with its striped cliffs, a Sea Life Centre, indoor swimming pool and many attractions for children. Nearby is a small animal farm at Snettisham, as well as the Norfolk Lavender Farm, Holkham Hall Country Park or Sandringham House, gardens and woodlands where you can enjoy a picnic.

An elegant reception hall welcomes you into this lavish house and leads through to the lounge - a fun and spacious place for entertaining, boasting an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, bookcases, CD player with iPod dock, Sky TV and DVD. For more formal entertaining, the pavilion room is the perfect place for pre-dinner cocktails before retreating to the dining room with its large Chinese black lacquered style dining table and chairs to seat 20, just right for entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen is great for creating dinners with a large electric Aga with hob, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs from the hall lead down to the sound-proofed den where the after-dinner party can get started. With a karaoke machine, disco dance floor and dressing up room, you’ll be able to dance the night away in all manner of Hollywood costumes. A chill out room offers space for a quiet drink and a chat whilst everyone else is dancing and singing to the latest tunes. Alternatively there is a 50" TV with apple TV and Netflix, ideal for a family film. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are six individually designed bedrooms, two super-king-size (which can be made into twins on request), three double bedrooms and the Hollywood suite which contains 2 double / king beds. The property also has five en-suite bathrooms with bath and WC, a separate bathroom with bath and WC and a downstairs WC. Adjoining the property is a separate cottage with two double bedrooms, one four-poster double, a stylish lounge with sofa bed and bathroom with shower room and WC.

Outside, guests can relax in the eight-seater hot tub in the coach house, enjoy the beautiful secret garden, or soak up the sunshine on a luxury lounger in the private walled terrace garden. There is a BBQ and ample tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

Spectacular property with excellent facilities, all of which were very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect, with the village having two lovely pubs and some nice local shops, with the beach a short drive. I hired this property to celebrate my partners 30th birthday with our friends and couldnt have asked tor a better weekend!

Wonderful show stopper of house, well equipped and beautifully furnished. In fact everything you need with a party vibe. Great village location with handy shops & bakery. We would definitely stay again. Outside space is as amazing as the inside. I would however recommend more upkeep of the shower/bathroom maintenance and on a more regular basis.
