What you say...

Laundry Cottage was simply perfect for our girls getaway. A wonderful place to relax, the owners have thought of everything. And 10/10 for Combe Hay’s most delicious brownies.

Little Cwm Colebatch was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped, it felt like home from home. It was easy just to walk out of the cottage to Bishops Castle or various other walks right from the doorsteps. The views from the house were absolutely stunning, this cottage is a little treasure and we are looking forward to returning there in June.

We have absolutely loved our short and sweet getaway to Ty Pren, just wishing we could stay longer!

Ty Pren has been cosy, comfortable, clean and just perfect to come back to after a day of walking and exploring. We had everything we needed and we loved all the little touches. Thank you for being such great hosts and making our stay wonderful. The bed is so comfy, can we take it home plus the beautiful view?

What a perfect bolthole Laundry Cottage is. Such blissful peace in deepest Somerset. The owner has that rare combination of interior style and the ability to make such a place, truly a wonderful hideaway. So restful, it steals your heart.

Thanks Penny. We have had a wonderful week – walks in every direction from the cottage and a couple of good meals at the Wheatsheaf. We’ll be back!

In August 2016, we teamed up with Peak District photography tuition company World in Focus to offer one lucky winner a fantastic prize: 3 nights at Robin Hood Cottage, near Baslow and a day’s photography tuition. Our winner contacted us after his stay to say:

“Thanks to all at Sheepskin and World in Focus for my excellent prize.”

Town Street Barn is stylish with a good location and a really nice owner next door.”

Red Kite Barn has been the perfect place to spend a few quiet days between the madness of Christmas and returning to work. The architecture and design are fab, with lots of fun features to play with – we also enjoyed the huge bed… we had a lovely few days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks.”

“We’ve stayed in a lot of these type of places before, but never anything like this. It’s amazing. Everything about it is perfect. We will be back.”

“A well appointed cottage in a stunning location; we loved the solitary sheep in the garden each morning!”

Debbie, January 2017

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cleaned to a high standard upon our arrival and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. We loved the ‘upside/down’ layout of the cottage and the retro furnishing. The highlight of Town Street Barn has to be its private cinema room, which we used every night.”
