	2007 Clos De Torribas Crianza, Bodegas Pinord, Penedés, Spain Spanish wines in general are Lynne’s personal favourite and this Penedes is a real find with classic Rioja-style aromas.
	2009 Andeluna Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina After travels in South America Adam and Helen are rather partial to Argentinean wines. More great examples like this one are gradually finding their way to the UK. This Cabernet Sauvignon is big and unctuous with has bags of refined berry fruit flavours.
	2010 Echeverria Sauvignon Blanc Reserva, Curico, Chile Another great South American wine, the Echeverria estate have created a well balanced and refreshing wine in this complex Sauvignon Blanc which won a Gold medal at the Sommelier Wine Awards.
	2009 Saint Veran, Michel Paquet, Domaine des Valanges, Burgundy, France This classic white burgundy is Katie’s favourite and has aromas of citrus fruits and honey balanced with the soft buttery notes and silky texture to make it really quite moreish!
	2010 Guilhem Rosé, Moulin de Gassac, Aniane, Vin de Pays de l’Herault, France This wonderful Rose with it’s fruity aromas and flavours is a perfect accompaniment for alfresco dining in the quiet garden of your Sheepskin cottage.
