Sheepskin’s collection of holiday homes is & will always remain deliberately small. However to meet the needs of our guests we are searching for a limited number of special places to stay.
We are looking for more distinctive and unique homes located in inspiring and fascinating locations, focussing now in England & Scotland and particularly cottages ideal for 2 or 4 guests.

We are a small, enthusiastic team passionate about our unique houses and dedicated to delivering a personal service for our guests and owners. We provide a boutique hotel like experience with the freedom of self-catering.
Our guests are just like you, looking for privacy and seclusion, a complete escape from the every day and the possibility to create cherished memories during their precious holiday time.

By joining Sheepskin you join a select group of enthusiastic owners and dedicated housekeepers who wish to share their characterful and distinctive homes.
With a deliberately small, personally selected collection of holiday homes where each property is unique in our collection and both owners and guests know that what we offer cannot be found elsewhere.
We therefore have strict selection criteria, turning away more properties than we include; assessing for instance the location and character, the approach and surrounds, interior and exterior finish of property.
Assuming that your home meets our criteria and we are confident will make a great place for Sheepskin guests to stay. Our experienced team work with you to help you to enhance your home, if necessary, and to guide you in how to optimally set up the house to meet the expectations of Sheepskin guests and be a place that you will love to stay too.
We like to make things as easy as possible for our owners to make each stay special for our guests so we make sure that all of the special extras are thought about providing our luxury Sheepskin essentials welcome hamper for each guest and liaising with the guests to help with any other special requests they may have.
It is easy to join us too; our owners do not pay anything to join. On the contrary we cover the cost of our portfolio of professional photographs, and provide luxury Sheepskin branded bathrobes and an iPod docking station as finishing touches for Sheepskin guests.

We are not an advertising portal or simply a booking agent we are a partner for you to help you make the most of your holiday home by managing all of the marketing, pr and guest liaison for you. So that letting your holiday home will be as hassle free as the holidays that our guests enjoy there.

Our website is our shop window and is a key communication and interaction tool with our guests. Our guests can reserve time at your property on line at any time however we know that personal service and reassurance from a friendly voice is what people are looking for when making decisions about their holidays and so we confirm bookings with our guests personally.
As a Sheepskin owner you will receive regular updates on future bookings and guest requirements and regular feedback following guests stays. This approach gives you an insight into the service we have provided, how the guests enjoyed your property. With guest feedback and regular visits from the Sheepskin team we identify any ongoing potential improvements that may be required.
